مقایسۀ ریختشناسی و الکتروفوروزی پروتئین‌های سرم خون (Mammalia: Rodentia) Spermophilus fulvus و Spermophilus xanthoprymnus در ایران

این تحقیق بهمنظور مطالعه وضعیت جمعیتی سنجاب‌های زمینی جنسSpermophilus در ایران با استفاده از آنالیز پروتئین‌های سرم خون و ویژگیهای ریختشناسی به اجرا درآمد. بر این اساس پروتئین‌های گلوبولین و آلبومین سرم خون 48 نمونه سنجاب زمینی جنس Spermophilus از شمال شرقی ایران (مشهد و بجنورد)، غرب ایران (کردستان، همدان، قزوین و زنجان) و شمال غربی ایران (پیراحمدکندی، کلیسا کندی و روستای نادلو) جمعآوری و با استفاده از تکنیک SDS-PAGE مورد آزمایش و مقایسه قرار گرفتند. نمونههای شمال غربی ایران گونه S. xanthoprymnus، آنالیز الکتروفوروزی،10-9 باند در ناحیۀ گلوبولین، 2-1 باند در ناحیۀ پست آلبومین و 2 باند در ناحیۀ پره آلبومین و در نمونههای شمال شرقی گونۀ S. fulvus، 11-9 باند در ناحیۀ گلوبولین، 2 باند در ناحیۀ پست آلبومین و 3 باند در ناحیۀ پره آلبومین به دست آمد. نتایج این تحقیق به همراه صفات ریختشناسی و کاریولوژیکی که در مطالعات دیگر این نمونه‌ها انجام شده است، می‌تواند در تشخیص پراکنش گونۀ S. fulvus در شمال شرقی و غرب ایران و گونۀ S. xanthoprymnus در شمال غربی ایران کمک کند. بهعلاوه در این تحقیق ویژگیهای زیستگاهی، ریختشناسی و وضعیت پراکنش سنجاب‌های زمینی ایران که در هنگام نمونهبرداری به ثبت رسیده بود نیز ارائه میگردد.
