سنتز عامل پیوندی آزیریدینی HX-752 و مشتق‌های ایمیدی آن

Abstract:
عامل‌های پیوندی یکی از مهمترین افزودنی‌های مورد نیاز در تولید پیشرانه‌های جامد مرکب می‌باشد. این ترکیب ها باعث افزایش چسبندگی میان رزین پلیمری و اکسید‌کننده و بهبود ویژگی های مکانیکی- فیزیکی و افزایش در بارگذاری جامد (فیلرپذیری) پیشرانه‌ها می‌شوند. در این مطالعه، نخست حد واسط 2-متیل آزیریدین از ترکیب 1-آمینو 2-پروپانول با ارایه روشی نوین و با راندمان 51% سنتز شد. حد واسط ایزوفتالوئیل کلرید نیز از کلره کردن ایزوفتالئیک اسید با تیونیل کلرید (SOCl2)در محیط بازی تهیه شد. سپس از واکنش 2-متیل آزیریدین و ایزوفتالوئیل کلرید در محیط بازی، ترکیب 1،1- ایزوفتالوئیل بیس (2-متیل آزیریدین)، HX-752، با راندمان 93% سنتز شد. ۵ ترکیب دیگر از عامل های پیوندی،همانند HX-752 و MAPO نیز (با استفاده از پای پریدین و دی اتیل آمین به‌جای ترکیب ۲- متیل آزیریدین) با راندمان های مناسب به‌عنوان عامل پیوندی ایمیدی سنتز شدند. ساختار حد واسط‌ها و فراورده های سنتزی با طیف‌بینی 1H-NMR، 13C-NMR و FT-IR و انجام آزمایش های فیزیکی مانند تعیین دمای ذوب و... مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.
