روش جراحی (Surgical Technique) کراتوپلاستی لاملار عمیق: روش تغییر یافته یک مرحله‌ای حباب بزرگ انور (پنوموویسکودایسکشن) Pneumoviscodissection for Deep Lamellar Keratoplasty Modified One-stage Big Bubble (Anwar) Technique دکتر فرید کریمیان، دکتر محمدرضا جعفری‌نسب، دکتر محسن رحمتی و دکتر فیروز میربابایی مقدمه قوز قرنیه، شایع‌ترین علت پیوند نفوذی قرنیه در بسیاری از مراکز چشم‌پزشکی است3-1. هنوز بررسی گستردهای در مورد میزان شیوع قوز قرنیه در کشور انجام نپذیرفته است اما شیوع خانوادگی آن در یک بررسی، حدود 13 درصد گزارش شده است4. پیوند نفوذی قرنیه، درمان انتخابی و رایج برای قوز قرنیه پیش‌رفته در مواردی است که دید بیمار با عینک قابل اصلاح نباشد و بیمار به هر علت (شغلی، عدم تحمل و یا حساسیت) قـادر بـه استفــاده از لنـز تماسی سخت تراوا به اکسیژن (RGP: rigid gas permeable) نباشد. عوارض پیوند نفوذی قرنیه که سال‌هاست انجام میپذیرد، شناخته شده‌اند5 و به رغم آن‌که احتمال موفقیت پیوند نفوذی قرنیه در قوز قرنیه بیش از 90 درصد است اما هنوز مهم‌ترین خطری که قرنیه پیوندی دهنده را تهدید میکند، واکنش‌های ایمنی علیه آن در 20 درصد بیماران میباشد که از این میزان، 85 درصد آن به صورت دفع پیوند آندوتلیومی است7و6.
