All patients were followed up.Coexistent disorders included systemic sclerosis, choronic renal failure ,cirrhosis, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes mellitus, malignancy . Endoscopic ablation of WMS had been indertaken in 31 patients(mean age 72 yr.6 male) for the purposes of analysis, patients were divided into 3 treatment groups:Laser Thermal „Laser Non -laser Thermal ,C Conclusion :Bleeding from WMS can be effectively treated with Laser and Non - Laser Thermal .Both modalities are equally effective in this comparison ;however, this requires validation with longer follow-up in the Non-Laser Thermal group.
