تعیین میزان شیوع دنچراستوماستیس کاندیدائی (Candidian Denture stomatitis) و بررسی حساسیت آنها به داروهای ضد قارچ

Abstract:
چکیده وجود و یا ورود کاندیدا در دهان بهمراه عوامل زمینه ساز مختلف در ایجاد دنچراستئوماتیس کاندیدیائی نقش دارند. انواعی از کاندیدا بخصوص کاندیدا آلبیکنس قادر به ایجاد آن می باشند که در درمان نسبت به داروهای ضد قارچ واکنش های متفاوت نشان میدهند. هدف از این تحقیق تعیین میزان شیوع دنچراستئوماتیس کاندیدیائی و تعیین حساسیت آنها نسبت به داروهای ضد قارچ بوده که با آزمون های آزمایشگاهی به روش انتشار در ژل با استفاده از دیسک انجام شد. در این تحقیق از 43 نمونه تهیه شده از افراد دچار دنچراستئوماتیس در 20 نمونه(51/46%) مخمر کاندیدا جدا و شناسائی شد که 13 نمونه (65 %) کاندیدا آلبیکنس، 4 نمونه (20% ) کاندیدا کروزه ای، 1 نمونه (5%) کاندیدا تروپیکالیس و 2 نمونه (10%) سایرکاندیدا بوده است. در این مطالعه تحقیقاتی با مقایسه میانگین های قطر هاله ممانعت از رشد انواع کاندیدا بر اساس نوع داروی ضد قارچ با آزمون دانکن مشخص شده است که داروی ضد قارچ تربینافین با میانگین قطر هاله ممانعت از رشد52/4 ± 15/34 میلی متر و گریزوفولوین با میانگین قطر هاله ممانعت از رشد برابر با 40/6 ± 25/8 میلی متر بترتیب بیشترین و کمترین اثر ضد قارچی را داشته و این تفاوت با0.001 Pv< معنی دار بوده است. کلمات کلیدی: میزان بروز، دنچراستوماستیس کاندیدائی، دندانپزشکی، داروهای ضد قارچ
