تحلیل سرمایه اجتماعی کنشگران و منابع اطلاعاتی نظام نوآوری کشاورزی در پذیرش نوآوریها از سوی کشاورزان (پژوهشی در شهرستان شبستر در استان آذربایجان شرقی)

Abstract:
توسعه منابع انسانی و انتقال فنآوریها یا نوآوریها ستونهای اساسی توسعه کشاورزی به شمار میروند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی سرمایه اجتماعی کنشگران و منابع اطلاعات فردی و نقش آن‌ها در فرآیند تسهیل و نشر نوآوریهای مختلف است. دادهها با استفاده از تکنیک مصاحبهی ساختارمند و ابزار پرسشنامه (با رعایت تأیید روایی و اعتبار آن) گردآوری شدهاند. جامعه آماری پژوهش را 260 نفر از کشاورزان عضو نهادهای گوناگون محلی در بخش سیس واقع در شهرستان شبستر تشکیل دادند که با استفاده از فرمول نمونهگیری کوکران 127 کشاورز به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردیدند و برای افزایش میزان دقت و صحت نتایج، 150 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه در نظر گرفته شد و موردمطالعه قرار گرفتند. نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که سرمایه اجتماعی رهبران عقیدتی با ضریب تأثیر ٨٢١/٠، مروجان کشاورزی دولتی با ضریب تأثیر ٤٣٤/٠، خانواده و همکاران کشاورزان با ضریب تأثیر ٢٢٣/٠ از بیشترین میزان قدرت تأثیر بر رفتار پذیرش نوآوریهای کشاورزی، توسط کشاورز برخوردارند
