بررسی متغیرهای مدیریتی پسماندهای بیمارستانی از لحاظ انطباق با استاندارد ISO 14001

Abstract:

زمینه و هدف: مدیریت بهینه پسماند بیمارستان‌ها برای حفاظت از سلامتی عمومی و محیط‌زیست ضروری است، لذا هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی متغیرهای مدیریتی پسماندهای بیمارستانی از لحاظ انطباق با استاندارد ISO 14001 می‌باشد تا علاوه بر دستیابی به نقاط ضعف مدیریت پسماند در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر یزد، راهکارهایی جهت رفع این نقاط ضعف ارائه گردد. روش بررسی: این پژوهشدر سال 1392 انجام شده است. اطلاعات موردنیاز پژوهش در بخش پسماند بیمارستانی با بهره‌گیری از پرسشنامه و جداول طراحی‌شده سازمان بهداشت جهانی بدست آمد. چگونگی مدیریت زیست‌محیطی این پسماندها نیز از طریق پرسشنامه و بر مبنای استاندارد سیستم مدیریت زیست‌محیطی (ISO 14001) وبا استفاده از محتوای استاندارد ملی ایران و استفاده از طیف لیکرتکسب شد. تجزیه و تحلیل تمامی داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارSPSS نسخه 16 انجام شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که بیمارستان‌ها از لحاظ متغیرهای شناسایی جنبه‌های زیست‌محیطی،برنامه‌ریزی برای نیل به اهداف خرد و کلان، کسب آموزش‌های لازم، تدوین وظایف و مسئولیت‌های مدیریت پسماند و آمادگی واکنش در وضعیت اضطراری در شرایط پایین‌تری از میانگین فرضی (3) به سر می‌برند. در راستای شناسایی جنبه‌های زیست‌محیطی پسماندهای بیمارستانی، یافته‌ها نشان داد که از 82/2307 کیلوگرم مواد زائد تولیدی روزانه در بیمارستان‌ها، 23/62% از پسماندهامعمولی، 17/36% عفونی و 58/0% از پسماندها نوک‌تیز و برنده بودند. همبستگی معنی‌داری بین تعداد خدمات ارایه‌شده در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی با نرخ پسماندهای تولیدی روزانه مشاهده گردید (992/0r= ، 008/0P= ). رابطه رگرسیونی معنی‌داری نیز بین زیربنای بیمارستان‌های موردمطالعه و نرخ پسماند‌های تولیدی روزانه مشاهده گردید (02/0P=).
