Abstract:

عناصر معدنی در گیاهان به خصوص در گیاهان دارویی بسیار یافت می‌شود. این عناصر ضمن اینکه برای بدن انسان لازم است، برای رشد گیاهان از لحاظ تغذیه‌ای نیز ضروری می‌باشند. بنابراین اندازه‌گیری و تعیین میزان عناصری همچون: کلسیم، منیزیم و سدیم در اندام گیاهان از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار هستند. در این تحقیق گلبرگ‌های گیاه‌ گل گاوزبان(Echium amoenum) از ایستگاه تحقیقات البرز- کرج جمع آوری شد. جهت تعیین مقدار عناصر پتاسیم، فسفر، ازت، سدیم، منیزیم و کلسیم، نمونه گلبرگ‌ها از دستگاههای Kjeltce،Flame Photometer ، Spectro Photometer و روش تیتراسیون استفاده شد. مقادیر عناصر پتاسیم ppm 46.54، فسفر ppm 32.28، ازت 0.358%، سدیم ppm 115.5، منیزیم ppm 1.8 و کلسیم ppm 4 تعیین گردیدند.
