ارتباط عفونت HPV بر پایه PCR با تومورهای اپی‌تلیوم سطحی چشم

Abstract:

هدف: یافتن ارتباط بین عفونت با HPV (human papilloma virus) و تومورهای اپی‌تلیوم سطحی چشم. روش پژوهش: بیست نمونه تومور داخل اپیتلیومی ملتحمه (CIN: conjunctival intra-epithelial neoplasia) درجه 1 (CIN-I)، 20 نمونه CIN درجه 3 (CIN-III) و کارسینوم یاخته سنگ‌فرشی (SCC) و 20 نمونه ناخنک (به عنوان شاهد) به روش PCR (polymerase chain reaction) برای یافتن شواهدی از عفونت HPV ارزیابی شدند. PCR به روش General Primer برای یافتن هرگونه رد پایی از HPV به طور جداگانه برای همه نمونه‌ها انجام شد. ارزیابی‌ها روی قطعات برش‌داده‌شده از بافت‌های پارافینه موجود در آرشیو آزمایشگاهی انجام شدند. یافته‌ها: میانگین سنی بیماران هنگام برداشتن نمونه‌ها در گروه CIN-I برابر 8±56 سال (86-30 سال)، در گروه CIN-III و SCC برابر 9±7/61 سال (82-43 سال) و در گروه ناخنک برابر 10±5/41 سال (67-24 سال) بود. همه نمونه‌ها از نظر وجود HPV منفی بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: در مطالعه ما هیچ‌گونه رابطه‌ای بین HPV و تومورهای سطحی چشم یافت نشد. · مجله چشم‌پزشکی بینا 1389؛ دوره 16، شماره 2: 112-108.
