آثار فردی و ترکیبی پروتئین جیره و نانو یاور (نانو ادجوانت) بر عملکرد، تیتر علیه ویروس نیوکاسل و شمار گلبول‌های سفید خون جوجه‌های گوشتی

The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of deitary protein density (low, medium and high) and nano adjuvant on performance, antibody titres against Newcastle disease and blood parameters of broiler chickens. Two hundred fourty one-day old Ross 308 broiler chickens were allocated to six dietary treatments based on a completely randomized design in a factorial arrangment of 2×3 with two levels of nano adjuvant  and three levels of protein. Feed intake (FI), body weight gain (BWG) and feed conversion ratio (FCR) were measured at the end of the experiment. On days 28 and 42, antibody titres against Newcastle disease virus were measured. Two birds per replicate were selected on day 42 and their blood samples were collected in order to determine white blood cell differential counts. The main effect of protein density on BWG was significant (P<0.01). For main and interaction effects of protein density and Nano adjuvant on antibody titres against Newcastle disease at day 28, only the main effect for nano adjuvant was significant (P<0.05). The main effect of nano adjuvant was also significant on white blood cells counts at day 42 (P<0.05). The percentages of heterophile (H) and lymphcyte (L) and the ratio of H/L did not affected by the factors (P>0.05). Despite of significant effect of protein density in the diets on body weight gain of the chicks, this effect on antibody titres against Newcastle disease and white blood cells counts was not significant. There was some advantage for nano adjvant use on antibody titers against Newcastle disease and white blood cells counts of broiler chickens.
