چکیده

Any recursively enumerable extension of intuitionistic arithmetic which obeys the disjunction property obeys the numerical existence property. Any recursively enumerable extension of intuitionistic arithmetic proves its own disjunction property if and only if it proves its own inconsistency.

CZF has the Disjunction and Numerical Existence Property

This paper proves that the disjunction property, the numerical existence property and Church’s rule hold true for Constructive Zermelo-Fraenkel Set Theory, CZF, and also for the theory CZF augmented by the Regular Extension Axiom. As to the proof technique, it features a self-validating semantics for CZF that combines extensional Kleene realizability and truth. MSC:03F50, 03F35

The disjunction and related properties for constructive Zermelo-Fraenkel set theory

This paper proves that the disjunction property, the numerical existence property, Church’s rule, and several other metamathematical properties hold true for Constructive Zermelo-Fraenkel Set Theory, CZF, and also for the theory CZF augmented by the Regular Extension Axiom. As regards the proof technique, it features a self-validating semantics for CZF that combines realizability for extensiona...

Polynomial space hardness without disjunction property

In [HT11], Horč́ık and Terui show that if a substructural logic enjoys the disjunction property, then its tautology problem is PSPACE-hard. We prove that all substructural logics in the interval between intuitionistic logic and generalized Hájek basic logic have a PSPACE-hard tautology problem, which implies that uncountably many substructural logics lacking the disjunction property have a PSPAC...

On Ideals Which Have the Weakly Insertion of Factors Property

A one-sided ideal of a ring has the insertion of factors property (or simply, IFP) if implies r for . We say a one-sided ideal of has the weakly IFP if for each , implies , for some non-negative integer . We give some examples of ideals which have the weakly IFP but have not the IFP. Connections between ideals of which have the IFP and related ideals of some ring extensions a...

Normalization of IZF with Replacement

IZF is a well investigated impredicative constructive version of Zermelo-Fraenkel set theory. Using set terms, we axiomatize IZF with Replacement, which we call IZFR, along with its intensional counterpart IZF − R. We define a typed lambda calculus λZ corresponding to proofs in IZF−R according to the Curry-Howard isomorphism principle. Using realizability for IZF−R, we show weak normalization o...
