چکیده

The higher-order characteristic basis function method (HO-CBFM) is clearly formulated. HO-CBFM provides results accurately even if a block division is arbitrary. The HO-CBFM combined with a volume integral equation (VIE) is used in the analysis of various antennas in the vicinity of a dielectric object. The results of the numerical analysis show that the HO-CBFM can reduce the CPU time while still achieving the desired accuracy. key words: Method of Moments (MoM), higher-order characteristic basis function method, volume integral equation

Higher-order Vsie-mom Formulation for Scattering by Composite Metallic and Dielectric Objects

A new higher-order method of moment (MoM) technique is presented for volume-surface integral equations (VSIE) for electromagnetic modeling of composite metallic and dielectric objects. The higher-order MoM scheme comprises higher-order hierarchical Legendre basis functions and an accurate representation of the object by higher-order curvilinear elements. Due to the orthogonal nature of the basi...

Numerical Solution of Weakly Singular Ito-Volterra Integral Equations via Operational Matrix Method based on Euler Polynomials

Introduction Many problems which appear in different sciences such as physics, engineering, biology, applied mathematics and different branches can be modeled by using deterministic integral equations. Weakly singular integral equation is one of the principle type of integral equations which was introduced by Abel for the first time. These problems are often dependent on a noise source which a...

Impedance Analysis of Printed Antenna on Three-Dimensional High-Permittivity Dielectric Substrate Using Mixed-Domain MoM

An integral equation approach with a new solution procedure using moment method (MoM) is applied for the computation of coupled currents on the surface of a printed dipole antenna and inside its high-permittivity three-dimensional dielectric substrate. The main purpose of this study is to validate the accuracy and reliability of the previously proposed MoM procedure by authors for the solution ...

Numerical ‎S‎olution of Two-Dimensional Hyperbolic Equations with Nonlocal Integral Conditions Using Radial Basis Functions‎

This paper proposes a numerical method to the two-dimensional hyperbolic equations with nonlocal integral conditions. The nonlocal integral equation is of major challenge in the frame work of the numerical solutions of PDEs. The method benefits from collocation radial basis function method, the generalized thin plate splines radial basis functions are used. Therefore, it does not require any str...
