چکیده

Given a compact operator G, we consider the ill-posed problem, given y , solve Gφ = y (approximately). Typically, in the presence of noise y / ∈ Range(G). We consider the iterated Tikhonov method for this problem. The method selects a regularization parameter based on stability and corrects several times to increase accuracy. We show that it gives a higher accuracy approximation to the noise-free solution at each step, both in the regular and not regular cases, and that it alleviates the parameter selection difficulty of Tikhonov regularization. We also show that each update also computes the sensitivity of the Tikhonov approximation with respect to the user selected regularization parameter.

Ill-Posed and Linear Inverse Problems

In this paper ill-posed linear inverse problems that arises in many applications is considered. The instability of special kind of these problems and it's relation to the kernel, is described. For finding a stable solution to these problems we need some kind of regularization that is presented. The results have been applied for a singular equation.

Nonstationary iterated Tikhonov regularization for ill-posed problems in Banach spaces

Nonstationary iterated Tikhonov regularization is an efficient method for solving ill-posed problems in Hilbert spaces. However, this method may not produce good results in some situations since it tends to oversmooth solutions and hence destroy special features such as sparsity and discontinuity. By making use of duality mappings and Bregman distance, we propose an extension of this method to ...

Iterated Tikhonov regularization with a general penalty term

Tikhonov regularization is one of the most popular approaches to solving linear discrete ill-posed problems. The choice of regularization matrix may significantly affect the quality of the computed solution. When the regularization matrix is the identity, iterated Tikhonov regularization can yield computed approximate solutions of higher quality than (standard) Tikhonov regularization. This pap...

Nonstationary Iterated Tikhonov Regularization

A convergence rate is established for nonstationary iterated Tik-honov regularization, applied to ill-posed problems involving closed, densely deened linear operators, under general conditions on the iteration parameters. It is also shown that an order-optimal accuracy is attained when a certain a posteriori stopping rule is used to determine the iteration number.

روش‌های تجزیه مقادیر منفرد منقطع و تیخونوف تعمیم‌یافته در پایدارسازی مسئله انتقال به سمت پائین

The methods applied to regularization of the ill-posed problems can be classified under “direct” and “indirect” methods. Practice has shown that the effects of different regularization techniques on an ill-posed problem are not the same, and as such each ill-posed problem requires its own investigation in order to identify its most suitable regularization method. In the geoid computations witho...
