چکیده

n The new policy environment presents a number of challenges and risks for social enterprises. A more competitive provider market, alongside shortterm contracts with commissioners, means that social enterprises will need to develop business models that are effective and sustainable. It is vital that these business models focus on viability of the service in the long term and on succession planning.
