Improving the general practitioner for better health.

چکیده

At the end of this century medica! care system throughout the world are facing major crises and undergoing major reformo All system and health care providers are realizing that there is not enough money anywhere in lhe world to pay for all the new medical techno!ogy. The USA spends approximate!y 1,250 billion US$ annually in medica! care, whereas developing countries such as Brazil, which try to follow the American model, spend around 30 billion US$ and the result is an almost complete disaster as regards lhe health of the population. A further problem in Brazil is that medica! schools as well as post graduate programs all follow the American system, thus perpetuating lhe crisis.
