چکیده

We state and prove a version of Sharkovskii’s theorem for forced interval maps in which the forcing flow is minimal (Birkhoff recurrent). This setup includes quasiperiodically forced interval maps as a special case. We find that it is natural to substitute the concept of “fixed point” with that of “core strip”. Core strips are frequently of almost automorphic type. AMS 2000 Mathematics Subject Classification: 37E05, 37B55

A Ciric-type common fixed point theorem in complete b-metric spaces

In this paper, we define the concept of compatible and weakly compatible mappings in b-metric spaces and inspired by the Ciric and et. al method, we produce appropriate conditions for given the unique common fixed point for a family of the even number of self-maps with together another two self-maps in a complete b-metric spaces. Also, we generalize this common fixed point theorem for a seq...

Unique common coupled fixed point theorem for four maps in $S_b$-metric spaces

In this paper we prove a unique common coupled fixed point theorem for two pairs of $w$-compatible mappings in $S_b$-metric spaces satisfying a contrctive type condition. We furnish an example to support our main theorem. We also give a corollary for Junck type maps.

On a Multivalued Version of the Sharkovskii Theorem and Its Application to Differential Inclusions, Iii

An extension of the celebrated Sharkovskĭı cycle coexisting theorem (see [14]) is given for (strongly) admissible multivalued self-maps in the sense of [8], on a Cartesian product of linear continua. Vectors of admissible self-maps have a triangular structure as in [10]. Thus, we make a joint generalization of the results in [2], [5], [6] (a multivalued case), in [10] (a multidimensional case),...

ep 2 00 7 A refinement of Sharkovskii ’ s theorem on orbit types characterized by two parameters ∗

The so-called type problem or forcing problem is considered as a way to generalize Sharkovskii’s theorem. In this paper, by focusing on certain types of orbits, we obtain a solution of the type problem, which gives a refinement of Sharkovskii’s theorem on orbit types characterized by two parameters.

Common fixed point theorem for nonexpansive type single valued mappings

The aim of this paper is to prove a common fixed point theorem for nonexpansive type single valued mappings which include both continuous and discontinuous mappings by relaxing the condition of continuity by weak reciprocally continuous mapping. Our result is generalize and extends the corresponding result of Jhade et al. [P.K. Jhade, A.S. Saluja and R. Kushwah, Coincidence and fixed points of ...
