Building gene networks with time-delayed regulations
نویسندگان
چکیده
3 We propose a method to build gene regulatory networks (GRN) capable of 4 representing time-delayed regulations. The gene expression data is repre5 sented in a linear model using a dynamic Bayesian network (DBN) and a 6 skip-chain model using a hidden Markov model. The method therefore finds 7 both shortand long-term regulatory interactions. The algorithm was tested 8 on time-series data of the yeast cell-cycle. We compare the accuracy of GRN 9 built by the present method with those built by using a higher-order DBN. 10 The proposed method better fits the expression data and found core genes 11 that are crucial in cell-cycle regulation. 12

Synchronization for Complex Dynamic Networks with State and Coupling Time-Delays
This paper is concerned with the problem of synchronization for complex dynamic networks with state and coupling time-delays. Therefore, larger class and more complicated complex dynamic networks can be considered for the synchronization problem. Based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, a delay-independent criterion is obtained and formulated in the form of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs)...
متن کاملOptimal Harmonization of Out-Network Traffic Control Regulations in Social Networks
Regulations of use of social networks, as one of the key components in these networks, serve an important role in controlling the flow of traffic. The study of the harmonization of these terms and regulations can be a significant step to avoid congestion and (Users’) rejection in the network. Harmonization of traffic control regulations (TCR) among social networks is one of the best solutions t...
متن کاملInference of time-delayed gene regulatory networks based on dynamic Bayesian network hybrid learning method
Gene regulatory networks (GRNs) research reveals complex life phenomena from the perspective of gene interaction, which is an important research field in systems biology. Traditional Bayesian networks have a high computational complexity, and the network structure scoring model has a single feature. Information-based approaches cannot identify the direction of regulation. In order to make up fo...

Article 19 of the national building regulations is one of the important strategies of modern Iranian architecture, which can help to calculate and determine building materials in a warm and dry climate for thermal comfort. In order to discover the effect of this topic on thermal comfort. In this study, through the quantitative method and PMV, the effect of nineteenth building on winter temperat...
متن کاملProposing the simplified model for choosing the method of retrofitting in existing structures against fire risk
Background and objective: According to the necessities in the part 3 of National Building Regulations, design and construction of buildings should be in a way that the structures, according to the type of use, the size and the number of floors, resist long enough to fire, and prevent from destruction of buildings or from spread of fire to adjacent spaces or buildings. For this purpose, it is ne...
