ABSTRACT Context Mash-ups are a new generation of Web-based applications which aggregate and stitch together third-party data. A mash-up usually comprises of unusual or innovative composition of content which is often collected or obtained from unrelated data sources. This data is then displayed in a format suitable for easy human consumption. This form of representation can often lead to commercial benefits, for example, by making it easier to identify trends or patterns in data which may otherwise be difficult to find.
