VirGIS is a geographic mediation/wrapper system that provides an integrated view of the data together with a spatial query language. The purpose of this demo is to illustrate the salient aspects of VirGIS while experimenting the prototype in the context of an interoperability application involving several catalogues of satellite images. RÉSUMÉ. VirGIS est un système de médiation de données géographiques. L’objectif de la démo est d’illustrer l’utilisation du système dans le cadre d’une application d’interopérabilité de catalogues d’images satellitaires.
