On the critical QCD phenomena in small x physics in the vicinity of black disk limit. Abstract We investigate limiting behaviour of small x single scale hard QCD processes as coherent critical phenomenon. pQCD ladders are suggested as the main degrees of freedom for small x processes near unitarity limit-quasiparticles. We found that the smallness of the coupling constant in QCD is relevant for the hierarchy between many-quasiparticle interactions in the effective field theory. Obtained effective Lagrangian leads to the equations of motion which are solved within the WKB approximation. Classical solutions which can not be decomposed in powers of α s describe color inflation, condensation of ladders. Account of quantum fluctuations around WKB solution leads to spontaneous violation of two dimensional translation symmetry and appearance of " phonons ". Exchange by constituents between overlapping ladders produces color network occupying " macroscopic " longitudinal volume. Possible role of new QCD phenomena in the two scale hard processes and experimental feasibility to detect new QCD effects is briefly discussed.
