چکیده
E-Business has now become a buzzword. Businesses and organizations are paying more attention on resolving and implementing e-Business (EB) issues and solutions. Ad-hoc EB implementations conducted by organizations have in fact different levels or scopes, but they are all called e-Business achievement. Based on the concepts of capability and maturity from CMM, this paper proposes process orientated EB-CMM. EB-CMM not only as a reference model for an organization who wants to implement e-Business environments; but also as a communication protocol as partners in supply chains try to establish an EB collaborative environment. Furthermore, this paper studies cosmetic & drug industry and use it as the example in order to demonstrate the use of the proposed model.
