چکیده

We define the notion of universal lift of a projective complex based on noncommutative parameter algebras, and prove its existence and uniqueness. We investigate the properties of parameter algebras for universal lifts. 2000 Mathematics Subject Classification: 13D10, 14B12, 14B20

Masterclass on Koszul Duality for Operads

The idea defining an operad goes back in a sense to Galois for which “the operations are mathematical objects”. This notion is used to model the operations acting on algebraic structures. For instance, there is an operad encoding associative algebras, Lie algebras and commutative algebras respectively. The definition of operad was first given in algebraic topology around 1970, where it was used...

NILPOTENT GRAPHS OF MATRIX ALGEBRAS

Let $R$ be a ring with unity. The undirected nilpotent graph of $R$, denoted by $Gamma_N(R)$, is a graph with vertex set ~$Z_N(R)^* = {0neq x in R | xy in N(R) for some y in R^*}$, and two distinct vertices $x$ and $y$ are adjacent if and only if $xy in N(R)$, or equivalently, $yx in N(R)$, where $N(R)$ denoted the nilpotent elements of $R$. Recently, it has been proved that if $R$ is a left A...

POINT DERIVATIONS ON BANACH ALGEBRAS OF α-LIPSCHITZ VECTOR-VALUED OPERATORS

The Lipschitz function algebras were first defined in the 1960s by some mathematicians, including Schubert. Initially, the Lipschitz real-value and complex-value functions are defined and quantitative properties of these algebras are investigated. Over time these algebras have been studied and generalized by many mathematicians such as Cao, Zhang, Xu, Weaver, and others. Let  be a non-emp...

Cohomology of non-commutative Hilbert schemes

Non-commutative Hilbert schemes, introduced by M. V. Nori, parametrize left ideals of finite codimension in free algebras. More generally, parameter spaces of finite codimensional submodules of free modules over free algebras are considered. Cell decompositions of these varieties are constructed, whose cells are parametrized by certain types of forests. Properties of the corresponding generatin...

Smooth * -algebras

Looking for the universal covering of the smooth non-commutative torus leads to a curve of associative multiplications on the space O M (R) ∼= OC(R ) of Laurent Schwartz which is smooth in the deformation parameter ~. The Taylor expansion in ~ leads to the formal Moyal star product. The non-commutative torus and this version of the Heisenberg plane are examples of smooth *-algebras: smooth in t...
