چکیده
Electronic government (e-government) is a worldwide process which for instance includes service renewal and is intended to achieve a much higher effectiveness of the public sector. Many governments around the world have the goal to deliver 100 % of their services electronically. As a result, the public sector is investing considerably large sums of money in new government services to provide their citizens with better services and to enhance the productivity of their employees. The development process often requires much time and collaboration between different disciplines, and therefore, a multidisciplinary approach is important. Abstract:
