We describe the construction of non-commutative manifolds, which are the non-commutative analogs of homogeneous spaces using coherent states. In the commutative limit we obtain standard manifolds. Applications to the Fuzzy sphere and to the Fuzzy hyperboloid are discussed in more detail. *) Part of Project Nr. The path integral quantization is performed while simultaneously keeping the SO(5) symmetry and the nite number of degrees of freedom. The usual eld theory UV-divergences are manifestly absent.

The regulated theory involves only nite number of degrees of freedom and is manifestly supersymmetric.
