چکیده

Today, process control and monitoring are evolving to include plant safety and availability management, on-line diagnosis and maintenance policy. Human operators are at the highest hierarchical level in the organization of the control system. Supervision aims are to assist control operators in their decisionmaking tasks, to help them understand and identify operating situations underway in a man-machine cooperation objective. This paper demonstrates how recent developments in causal reasoning can contribute judiciously to the supervision problematic. An original causal modeling that includes time management is described and used for simulation, explanation and diagnosis.

Inductive Generation of Diagnostic Knowledge for rhutonomous Assembly - Robotics and Automation, 1995. Proceedings., 1995 IEEE International Conference on

A generic architecture for evolutive supervision of robotized assembly tasks is presented. This architecture provides, at different levels of abstraction, functions for dispatching actions, monitoring their execution, and diagnosing and recovering from failures. Modeling execution failures through taxonomies and causal networks plays a central role in diagnosis and recovery. Through the use of ...

Creating Causal Embeddings for Question Answering with Minimal Supervision

A common model for question answering (QA) is that a good answer is one that is closely related to the question, where relatedness is often determined using generalpurpose lexical models such as word embeddings. We argue that a better approach is to look for answers that are related to the question in a relevant way, according to the information need of the question, which may be determined thr...

Modeling and assessment of student effective supervision drivers

Drivers are motivating and provocative factors of the supervision process in complex, uncertain and fluctuating conditions to achieve student’s empowerment. The first purpose of this study is to evaluate the fit of the model of effective driving instruction for graduate and doctoral students and the second one is the pathology of the guidance process of this model. The research is done in ways ...

Analysis of occupational accidents based on the Human Factors Analysis and Classification System (HFACS): A Case Study in a Copper Mine

Background and Aim: Occupational accidents are recognized as one of the major concerns in the mining industry. The purpose of this study was to analyze the incidence of occupational accidents in a mine for 10 years using Human Factor Analysis and Classification System (HFACS). Method: This cross-sectional study was carried out on 664 mining accidents during 2009-2018. The tools used in this st...

Weak Supervision for Semi-supervised Topic Modeling via Word Embeddings

Semi-supervised algorithms have been shown to improve the results of topic modeling when applied to unstructured text corpora. However, sufficient supervision is not always available. This paper proposes a new process, Weak+, suitable for use in semi-supervised topic modeling via matrix factorization, when limited supervision is available. This process uses word embeddings to provide additional...
