چکیده
1. The variation of the rate of flux with the ;concentrations of the enzymes in multi-enzyme systems is considered. 2. For linear sequences (when the concentrations of the linking intermediates are relatively low) the reciprocal rate is given by a formula in which each term involves the reciprocal of the concentration of one of the enzymes. 3. Interaction occurs in branched systems, and the relative rate of competing reactions is not proportional to the ratio of the amounts of the enzymes, unless the reactions are irreversible.
