Report on the Outbreak of Cholera in the Bareilly Lunatic Asylum in April 1878 *This interesting report has been placed at our disposal by the Surgeon-General, Indian Medical Department. It is important as exhibiting very clearly the circumstances and results of an outbreak of cholera in a community specially circumstanced in respect of personal conditions, and many peculiarities of residence and life. It presents also a clear and detailed exposition of causes and contains stronger positive evidence regarding importation than similar reports generally display.— Ed., I. M. G.
