Offences against the person increased 3.4 times and against Property 1.7 times, the first involving an additional 18 patients who had not previously committed this type of offence during the period under review. The increase in general unsatisfactory behaviour was less than that against the person but more than that against property. No evidence could be found for the increase in misbehaviour
