An Infant with a Bifid Hand

I have to-night the honour of exhibiting to this Society an infant with an interesting deformity of the right hand. The subject of the malformation is a male infant, one year and five months old. The mother is nearly 41 years of age, and has given birth to tpn full-time living children, and has had two miscarriages; two of the children have died, and the infant exhibited is the youngest of the survivors. The deformity of the right hand was noted at the time of birth by the medical man in attendance. There
