for all f ∈ Cb(R ) and λ is continuous in the sense that if {fj} ∞ j=1 is a sequence of bounded continuous functions on R which is uniformly bounded and converges uniformly on compact subsets of R to a bounded continuous function f , then {λ(fj)} ∞ j=1 converges to λ(f). If f is any bounded continuous function on R, then there is a sequence {fj} ∞ j=1 of continuous functions on R n such that each fj has compact support in R , the fj ’s are uniformly bounded, and the fj ’s converge to f uniformly on compact subsets of R . As a result, a finite measure on R is determined by its restriction to the vector space of continuous functions with compact support on R. In fact, if one starts with a linear functional on the vector space of continuous functions

On Integral Operator and Argument Estimation of a Novel Subclass of Harmonic Univalent Functions

Abstract. In this paper we define and verify a subclass of harmonic univalent functions involving the argument of complex-value functions of the form f = h + ¯g and investigate some properties of this subclass e.g. necessary and sufficient coefficient bounds, extreme points, distortion bounds and Hadamard product.Abstract. In this paper we define and verify a subclass of harmonic univalent func...

Geometric Studies on Inequalities of Harmonic Functions in a Complex Field Based on ξ-Generalized Hurwitz-Lerch Zeta Function

Authors, define and establish a new subclass of harmonic regular schlicht functions (HSF) in the open unit disc through the use of the extended generalized Noor-type integral operator associated with the ξ-generalized Hurwitz-Lerch Zeta function (GHLZF). Furthermore, some geometric properties of this subclass are also studied.

Size-Dependent Forced Vibration Analysis of Three Nonlocal Strain Gradient Beam Models with Surface Effects Subjected to Moving Harmonic Loads

The forced vibration behaviors are examined for nonlocal strain gradient nanobeams with surface effects subjected to a moving harmonic load travelling with a constant velocity in terms of three beam models namely, the Euler-Bernoulli, Timoshenko and modified Timoshenko beam models. The modification for nonlocal strain gradient Timoshenko nanobeams is exerted to the constitutive equations by exc...

The subject of harmonic maps is vast and has found many applications, and it would require a very long book to cover all aspects, even superficially. Hence, we have made a choice; in particular, highlighting the key questions of existence, uniqueness and regularity of harmonic maps between given manifolds. Thus we shall survey some of the main methods of global analysis for answering these ques...

On the Linear Combinations of Slanted Half-Plane Harmonic Mappings

‎In this paper,  the sufficient conditions for the linear combinations of slanted half-plane harmonic mappings to be univalent and convex in the direction of $(-gamma) $ are studied. Our result improves some recent works. Furthermore, a illustrative example and imagine domains of the linear combinations satisfying the desired conditions are enumerated.

Stability for certain subclasses of harmonic univalent functions

In this paper, the problem of stability for certain subclasses of harmonic univalent functions is investigated. Some lower bounds for the radius of stability of these subclasses are found.
