Arrah Charitable Dispensary. Makund Ahir, Hindu male, <zt. abdtit 35, strong-built and fairly well-nourished, a cultivator by occupation, was admitted into this hospital on 24th July 1890, with an incisedlooking wound of the scalp leading into the bouea underneath which had also sustained fracture. Condition on admission.?The wound was situated on the right side of the vertex of the skull. It was 4V' long. Its depth varied from i" in the extremities to 1?" iu the centre. The
