examination of key success factors in the organisation of purchasing analysis of organisational design characteristics, including structural configurations, product or service characteristics, centralisation and decentralisation and mixed structures visions of the future of purchasing from both the USA and Europe, and their implications for purchasing organisation recent research findings focussing on the issues of driving and managing change, the use of purchasing teams and the use of consortia in procurement.
