Using electronic network conferencing in M.Sc. education

Telecommunications have become a vital device for researchers to exchange infomvrtion externally. However, from an internal perspective, there are also people with matching interests. Why should they hold their meetings gathered in one place, face-tofuce at the pre-agreed time? This paper clarifies some of the dyuamics of such gatherings (especially seminars).
