with the support of the Oak Foundation This report examines the use and viability of the Affordable Rent Model as a means of building new affordable housing in London. Drawing on empirical data, interviews and case studies, it investigates delivery to date, and considers emerging approaches to a programme which faces considerable challenges in London's current housing and benefit context. The report culminates in a set of recommendations designed to inform future affordable housing programmes in the Capital.
