Management Styles and Commitment: A Cross-Cultural Study

چکیده
A cross-cultural model designed to investigate the cultural influences on leadership and management styles adopted by managers as well as the effect of different management styles on affective commitment intensity is presented. It is further argued that culture significantly influences affective commitment intensity independently from the management style. Research propositions are formulated based on the model.
