چکیده
Thank you for revising your interesting manuscript (above) and for providing detailed responses to the reviewer comments. We have now received the reports from the four reviewers. Two of them have no further comments, although Dr Yang notes in regard to his first comment that free software is available, such as TreeView, that may allow most of the clustering analysis and heatmaps, and that such global gene expression profiles will provide very useful reference information for future gene expression studies among human populations. Further comments from two reviewers are copied below.

Effects of low dose radiation on the expression of proteins related to DNA repair requiring Caveolin-1 in human mammary epithelial cells
Background: Radiotherapy is an effective and important therapeutic method for breast cancer, but at the same time it has a radiation-induced bystander effect on normal tissue around the tumor. Repair of double-strand breaks (DSBs) by normal cells can reduce the extent of damage caused by this effect. Caveolin-1 (Cav-1) is an important regulatory molecule in cell signal transduction. However, th...
متن کاملThe effect of oxythioquinox exposure on normal human mammary epithelial cell gene expression: A microarray analysis study
BACKGROUND Inter-individual variation in normal human mammary epithelial cells in response to oxythioquinox (OTQ) is reported. Gene expression signatures resulting from chemical exposures are generally created from analysis of exposures in rat, mouse or other genetically similar animal models, limiting information about inter-individual variations. This study focused on the effect of inter-indi...
متن کاملO-30: Comparing Expression Patterns of Endometrial Genes in Implantation Failures and Recurrent Miscarriages with Fertile Couples Following ICSI/IVF Using in Silico Analysis
Background: To screen and diagnose patients with recurrent abortions and implantation failure after IVF/ICSI, differentially expressed genes of endometrium through DNA microarrays were monitored. Materials and Methods: Microarray expression profile of GSE26787 dataset from GEO database was used to analyze gene expression profiles of 15 endometrial biopsy samples- five from control fertile (CF) ...
متن کاملDifferential Gene Expression in Normal Human Mammary Epithelial Cells Treated with Malathion Monitored by DNA Microarrays
Organophosphate pesticides are a major source of occupational exposure in the United States. Moreover, malathion has been sprayed over major urban populations in an effort to control mosquitoes carrying West Nile virus. Previous research, reviewed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, on the genotoxicity and carcinogenicity of malathion has been inconclusive, although malathion is a know...
متن کاملI-23: Reproduction and Toll Like Receptors(TLRs
Female and male reproductive tracts are of interest sites to study of immune system because they encounter specific infections such as those are sexually transmitted. Furthermore, female reproductive tract is in close contact with allogenic sperms and transmitted microorganisms during intercourse and semi allogenic fetus during pregnancy. In mammals, there are two types of immune responses, the...
