چکیده
Crystal structures are invaluable assets in the rational design of targeted cancer therapeutics. In this Select, we highlight a few recent structures of cancer-therapeutic targets cocrystallized with novel or known inhibitors. These studies provide insights into the biological function of these proteins, explain the molecular mechanisms of inhibitors, and pave the way for the rational design of future targeted therapies.
