چکیده

Only 23% of patients with otosclerosis observed by histological changes also present clinical manifestations [2], because in most cases otosclerosis reaches small regions of the optic capsule without causing clinical symptoms (histological form) [3]. It is estimated that between 9 and 10% Of patients with otosclerosis will develop deep sensorineural hearing loss due to the evolution of the disease [4,5].
