Introduction: Simulation has become increasingly important in medical education. Both medical student education and resident education frequently incorporate human simulation as a means of developing skills in patient care, crisis leadership and decision-making 1, . As the overall impact of human simulation on medical education continues to evolve, the use of simulation and the number of simulators in use has increased dramatically in recent years .
