BUSE: I am Dawn Buse, PhD, an Associate Professor of Neurology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Director of Behavioral Medicine at the Montefiore Headache Center in New York City. Today we are going to talk about nonpharmacologic treatments for migraine and other forms of headache, specifically the empirically supported behavioral interventions, and to do so we are privileged to have three expert clinician-scientists with us.
