Performance Advances in LEAP systems

چکیده
Performance advances in Atom Probe Tomography (APT) in recent years have driven a dramatic expansion in the published literature. This expansion is evidence that easier, faster, and better threedimensional nanoscale compositional information can enable a wide variety of research that was not reasonable to pursue even several years ago. Since the introduction of the commercially available laserpulsed atom probe in 2006, publications reporting APT results have tripled and the variety of applications continues to expand with each year [1].

New “Tau-Leap” Strategy for Accelerated Stochastic Simulation
The "Tau-Leap" strategy for stochastic simulations of chemical reaction systems due to Gillespie and co-workers has had considerable impact on various applications. This strategy is reexamined with Chebyshev's inequality for random variables as it provides a rigorous probabilistic basis for a measured τ-leap thus adding significantly to simulation efficiency. It is also shown that existing stra...

BACKGROUND Team-based care is now recognized as an essential feature of high quality primary care, but there is limited empiric evidence to guide practice transformation. The purpose of this paper is to describe advances in the configuration and deployment of practice teams based on in-depth study of 30 primary care practices viewed as innovators in team-based care. METHODS As part of LEAP, a...
متن کاملThe Role of Organizational Structure in Designing Performance Measurement Systems
Organizational structure determines the scope of decisions, tasks, responsibilities, goals, perspectives and rewards for achieving results. In recent decades, due to environmental changes and dramatic technological advances, organizational structure has changed from Mechanistic to organic. The purpose of the restructuring is to facilitate the achievement of the organization's goals. Changing st...
متن کاملA study on some properties of leap graphs
In a graph G, the first and second degrees of a vertex v is equal to thenumber of their first and second neighbors and are denoted by d(v/G) andd 2 (v/G), respectively. The first, second and third leap Zagreb indices are thesum of squares of second degrees of vertices of G, the sum of products of second degrees of pairs of adjacent vertices in G and the sum of products of firs...
