چکیده
In this short note, I point out that [p, q] 6= ih̄, contrary to the original claims of Born and Jordan, and Dirac. Rather, [p, q] is equal to something that is infinitesimally different from ih̄. While this difference is usually harmless, it does provide the solution of the Born–Jordan “trace paradox” of [p, q]. More recently, subtleties of a very similar form have been found to be of fundamental importance in quantum field theory.

متن کاملAn Identity in the Generalized Fibonacci Numbers and Its Applications
We first generalize an identity involving the generalized Fibonacci numbers and then apply it to establish some general identities concerning special sums. We also give a sufficient condition on a generalized Fibonacci sequence {Un} such that Un is divisible by an arbitrary prime r for some 2 < n ≤ r − 2. 1. Preliminaries The generalized Fibonacci and Lucas numbers are defined, respectively, by...

متن کاملTABLE OF MARKS OF FINITE GROUPS
Let G be a finite group and C(G) be the family of representative conjugacy classes of subgroups of G. The matrix whose H;K-entry is the number of fixed points of the set G=K under the action of H is called the table of marks of G where H;K run through all elements in C(G). In this paper, we compute the table of marks and the markaracter table of groups of order pqr where p, q, r are prime numbers.
