Speech syntesizer is a system that aim at carrying the text to an acoustic surroundings understandably and naturally. Similarly voiced expression recogniser is a system that aim at transforming the voice in acoustic surroundings to tha text by computer. The researchs about voiced expression recogniser have materialized highly in English Gramer. İn last years, it makes essential using new materials in education that visual-acoustic comminication appliances have improved rapidly. Foreign language lessons are the first of the satements which needs to benefit from the possibilities that the education Technologies obtained to teachers and students. İn that study, we purpose to adapt the improvements in voice technologies to foreign language education. Throught this aim, a protoptype software presented for computer assisted foreign language training by using voice technologies will be introduced completely. The target group of this application has been choosen as kindergarthen students who do not have reading-writing skills in their native language.
