چکیده

In the framework of the large extra dimensions (LED) model, the effects of LED on the processes γγ → tt̄h0 and e+e− → tt̄h0 at future linear colliders are investigated in both polarized and unpolarized collision modes. The results show that the virtual Kaluza-Klein (KK) graviton exchange can significantly modify the standard model expectations for these processes with certain polarizations of initial states. The process γγ → tt̄h0 with √s = 3.5 TeV allows the effective scale ΛT to be probed up to 7.8 and 8.6 TeV in the unpolarized and Pγ = 0.9, J=2 polarized γγ collision modes, respectively. For the e+e− → tt̄h0 process with √s = 3.5 TeV , the upper limits of ΛT to be observed can be 6.7 and 7.0 TeV in the unpolarized and Pe+ = 0.6, Pe− = 0.8, −+ polarized e+e− collision modes, respectively. We find the γγ → tt̄h0 channel in J = 2 polarized photon collision mode provides a possibility to improve the sensitivity to the graviton tower exchange. Higgs production in association with top quark pair at e+e− colliders in theories of higher dimensional gravity

The models of large extra compact dimensions, as suggested by Arkani-Hamed, Dimopoulos and Dvali, predict exciting phenomenological consequences with gravitational interactions becoming strong at the TeV scale. Such theories can be tested at the existing and future colliders. In this paper, we study the contribution of virtual KaluzaKlein excitations in the process e+e− → tt̄H at future linear c...

The effects of the little Higgs models on tt̄h 0 production via γγ collision at linear colliders ∗

In the frameworks of the littlest Higgs(LH) model and its extension with T-parity(LHT ), we studied the associated tt̄h0 production process e+e− → γγ → tt̄h0 at the future e+e− linear colliders up to QCD next-to-leading order. We present the regions of √ s − f parameter space in which the LH and LHT effects can and cannot be discovered with the criteria assumed in this paper. The production rates...

Extra Dimensions and Higgs Pair Production at Photon Colliders

We show that new physics effects due to extra dimensions can dramatically affect Higgs pair production at photon colliders. We find that the cross section due to extra dimensions with the scale MS of new physics around 1.5 TeV, the cross section can be as large as 0.11 pb (1.5pb) for monochromatic photon collision, γγ → HH, with the collider energy √ s = 0.5(1) TeV for Higgs mass of 100 (350) G...

Large Extra Dimensions at Linear Colliders

In this talk, I first present the motivation for theories wherein the extra spacetime dimensions can be compactified to have large magnitudes. In particular, I discuss the Arkani-Hamed, Dimopoulos, Dvali (ADD) scenario. I present the constraints that have been derived on these models from current experiments and the expectations from future colliders. I concentrate particularly on the possibili...

Direct Signals for Large Extra Dimensions in the Production of Fermion Pairs at Linear Colliders

We analyze the potentiality of the next generation of e+e− linear colliders to search for large extra dimensions via the production of fermions pairs in association with Kaluza–Klein gravitons (G), i.e. e+e− → f f̄G. This process leads to a final state exhibiting a significant amount of missing energy in addition to acoplanar lepton or jet pairs. We study in detail this reaction using the full t...
