During the past years, the investigations for Diluted Magnetic Semiconductor (DMS) nanomaterials have attracted considerable attention due to their novel properties and broad application prospects in diverse areas, such as logic devices, spin polarized light emitting diode, spin field-effect transistors, field-emission devices, optical isolator, non-volatile memory devices and quantum computer, etc.[1-5] ZnS is a typical II-VI semiconductor material with direct wide band gap (3.67eV) and free exciting binding energy, and it is a versatile and multifunctional semiconductor material, in which a small fraction of host cations are replaced by transition metal (or) rare-earth ions which Department of Physics, Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh 517502, India
