disease and unless diagnosed early and appropriately treated, serious deformities and disabilities will result making the patient's life miserable. The complications of the disease, such as deformity, abscess formation (with secondary infection and sinus formation), and paraplegia, with the resultant further complications of bladder and rectal trouble, are a grave menace to the patient.
