A final analysis of Jπ = 0+ → 0+ super-allowed Fermi transitions yields |Vud| = 0.9500±0.0007; |Vud|+ |Vus|+ |Vub| = 0.9999±0.0011 with the operational vector coupling constant GV /(h̄c) 3 = (1.15052 ± 0.00021) × 10−5 GeV−2.
