Viewing a poster only works when you can speak to the author’ • Many of the abstracts were submitted by people not actively involved in patient safety research or indeed research. Many abstracts seemed to form undergraduate or post graduate qualification’ Post conference activities • ‘I would welcome such events in the future, perhaps every 2 years’ 4.
