Egypt (A P ) — President Anwar Sadat, whose peace w ith Is­ rael changed the course o f M iddle East history, was assassinated yester­ day by six Egyptian soldiers w ho jum ped from a jeep on m ilita ry parade and charged the review ing stand fir in g autom atic weapons. Arm y sources said the attackers were Moslem fundamentalists. Sadat has been under attack by Moslem fundamentalists who claim he betrayed Islam and the Arab w o rld through his peace w ith Israel, w h ich broke the cycle o f three decades o f Mideast wars. Yesterday's parade marked the anniversary o f what Egypt calls a "glorious Arab v ic to ry ” in the last con flic t o f that cycle the 1973 Arab war against Is­ rael. The raiders also were said to have k illed seven o the r people and w ounded 27, inc lud ing three Am erican servicemen and tw o diplomats.
