A Transport Reaction Language: Preliminary Report
نویسندگان
چکیده
We present a qualitative approach to represent and reason upon transport reactions in metabolic networks. Our approach is built on action description languages for representing the dynamics of metabolic networks. To begin with, we introduce the transport reaction language T that is a customized sub-language of action language C. We illustrate the modelling capacities by authentic biological examples. Moreover, we describe the system architecture of our system and detail its current major application.

Preliminary Report of NAD+-Dependent Amino Acid Dehydrogenase Producing Bacteria Isolated from Soil
Amino acid dehydrogenases (L-amino acid: oxidoreductase deaminating EC 1.4.1.X) are members of the wider superfamily of oxidoreductases that catalyze the reversible oxidative deamination of an amino acid to its keto acid and ammonia with the concomitant reduction of either NAD+, NADP+ or FAD. These enzymes have been received much attention as biocatalysts for use in biosensors or diagnostic kit...
متن کاملIntelligent Self-Organizing Transport
Intelligent self-organizing transport is transport arranged in an ad-hoc manner between clients (agents with transport demand) and hosts (agents offering transport supply) in a peer-to-peer manner. The absence of any centralized transport management system allows for a fully scalable solution that works in real-time in a transportation network of unpredictable and transient agents. Self-organiz...

Background :Traffic and transport is a substantial part of a range of economic, social and environmental factors distinguished to have impact on human health. This paper is a report on a preliminary section of a Health Impact Assessment (HIA) on urban traffic and transport initiatives, being conducted in Sanandaj, Iran. In this preliminary study, the psychometric properties of Urban Traffic r...
متن کاملAn Axial- Azimuthal Hybrid Simulation of Coaxial Hall Thrusters
We report on progress towards the development of a Hall thruster simulation in the axial-azimuthal (z θ) computational space. Unlike most computational studies of closeddrift Hall accelerators which have been in one dimension (1D) along the axial direction or in two dimensions (2D) in the axial and radial dimensions, and which require some specification of the axial transport mechanism, this z ...
